The first of many accomplishments have been achieved! Now it's time to prepare for the next chapter in your life. Practice makes perfect! Now is the time to prepare yourself for success in college. Things that you should do daily are to:
1. Practice time management: This skill will go a long way throughout the rest of your life. You can master time management by planning your days and sticking to your schedules as close as possible. This skill will not only help you balance academic and extra-curricular in college, but will help you be more focused as an adult
2. Stock up on school supplies for college: Buying school supplies a little at a time will help minimize the pocket strain before you leave for school.
3. Apply for scholarships: Most college students can stand to use a few extra dollars. That's why applying for scholarships daily may help you decrease what you may owe at the end, and could potentially put a few bucks in your pocket while you're in school.
Practice Makes Perfect. Take the time out now, and it will become best practices later. You'll be glad that you did.
Well, look no further. We have found a few options that may be able to assist you. Please feel free to stop by and get lost in applying. Remember, the more you apply for, the greater your chances of getting one. Do not be afraid to write an essay. Many scholarships go unclaimed because someone was either afraid or too lazy to write.
